Opis stanowiska:
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the IT Management Accounting team in Wroclaw.
IT Management Accounting consults Credit Suisse top IT management to drive change of the IT organization by applying state of the art methodologies and solutions (strategic planning, scorecards, dashboards, multidimensional reporting, and multidimensional analyses). It designs and drives management processes in order to ensure IT is aligned to business needs. Therefore, the IT Management Accounting has high exposure to the Top Management and has integral function in shaping the IT organization within Credit Suisse.
IT Product Costing Business Analyst
You will become a member of an international team responsible for:
• Define and implement methodology for IT cost allocation to Business
• Provide transparency of IT products cost and the consumption of IT resources
• Support Senior IT Management to manage overall IT cost through analyzing product cost structure and business demand of IT products
• Support Senior IT Management on all IT product cost and allocation related queries
• Support Business Management to manage their specific IT cost by demand management.
Wymagania:
We are looking for candidates who have interest, knowledge and/ or working experience in the following areas:
• Review monthly IT product inventory records to ensure data integrity
• Reconcile and analyze monthly product cost with data from financial systems
• Subject matter expertise on IT product inventory and product financials
• Design product costing structure and methodology
• Monitor and analyze IT products related data
• Analyze current methodology and suggest way to improve the process.
• Liase with IT Product Owners and cost allocation management in IT product structure changes and/or improvements
• Expert level skill in Excel intermediate level skill in MS Acess, Business Objects and Powerpoint (training can be provided)
• Adhoc inventory and IT product cost reporting
• Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure data integrity in all reports generated
• Understanding the concepts of internal cost allocation, Hyperion and SAP, will be an asset.
